Sugar Cane Roots
Sugar cane roots are crops used to grow sugar cane. Sugar cane roots can be planted on dirt or sand adjacent to water, and will grow sugar cane up to two blocks above them (three blocks including the roots themselves). They can provide an unlimited amount of sugar cane this way, but it is impossible to get more roots by farming. Sugar cane roots can be found naturally in river, and swamp, and desert biomes. The only way to obtain more of them is to find them in the wild, or buy them from a Villager (Farmer).
