The Soulforge is the successor to the Crafting Table, offering a 4x4 work grid. The Soulforge enables a sophisticated collection of precision Soulforged Steel tools, needed to create advanced objects and manipulate magical forces. Many high-tier recipes require use of the Soulforge: the Redstone Eye, Detector Block and Block Dispenser, to list just a few examples. Similarly, the Soulforge is required to forge Soulforged Steel items. It is also required to create stone aesthetic blocks and Soulforged Steel Pressure Plates.
The first Soulforge will require trading with Villagers, in this case a high level Priest, and defeating the Wither in order to get a Nether Star.
