The Anvil is a craftable version of the Crafting Table, allowing easy placement without the need to grow trees in order to chip their stumps. Once placed, anvils cannot be picked up again whole except by a silk touch pickaxe. If they are mined by a non-silk touch pickaxe or the block underneath it is destroyed, it will shatter into six metal fragments, which can be smelted for six iron nuggets each.

Uses
Anvils are identical in function to crafting tables, providing access to a 3x3 crafting grid.
Keep in Mind
- Breaking an anvil for metal fragments and then smelting them will cause a net loss in iron, so place carefully!
- If you require more crafting power, seek the Soulforge.
