Scoured Leather is a product of processing normal leather inside a Mill Stone. Like Leather and Tanned Leather, Scoured Leather can be cut with shears.

Keep in Mind

-Scoured Leather can be cut into pieces before being tanned. It takes both pieces for the tanning process to occur in this case, and the end product is cut tanned leather.
