Packed earth is a decorative block that is created using Dirt to pack via a Piston, useful for making cheap paths as it offers maximum movement speed. Vegetation will not grow on it, so it can be used for dirt paths through grassy areas. In addition, it can be broken into slabs for further refinement in creating dirt paths. It also provides a slightly more compact way to store masses of dirt, as it can be converted back losslessly.
