Magenta dye is a tertiary dye color made from combining one Purple Dye and a Pink Dye in a crafting square.

Uses

• Can be combined with Wool to make Magenta Wool
• Can be applied to sheep, which will yield 1-3 blocks of Magenta Wool when shorn. This is recommended, because it allows a player to get more than one dyed wool per dye.
• As of 1.1 this is even more useful because sheep regain their wool yet it is still dyed

Crafting

All three of these recipes require 12 units of primary dye to produce 12 units of tertiary dye. The first two recipes use 3 Lapis Lazuli Dye, 6 Rose Red and 3 Bone Meal. The third recipe uses 4 Lapis Lazuli Dye, 6 Rose Red and 2 Bone Meal.
