Flour is produced by grinding wheat in the Mill Stone and is the only form of wheat usable in the production of food. A single unit of flour may be baked in a furnace to produce bread, or in a Cauldron along with sugar to produce four donuts. Flour is also used in the creation of Hearty Stew and Mushroom Stew.
