A Brick is a building material used to craft Brick blocks and Brick Ovens. Bricks can be made from Wet Bricks in a Brick Oven, Kiln, or by drying them in the sun. Wet Bricks can be placed on most solid surfaces and, if they have unobstructed view of the sky, will dry over a full day's sunlight.

Wet Bricks can be placed directly on the ground. If subject to direct sunlight for a full day without being disturbed, Wet Bricks will turn into a dry Brick, which can be picked up by hand. Anything walking on placed Wet Bricks, including mobs or players, will cause it to pop off into a Clay item and eventually be lost. Consider placing them in a protected location or elevation where mobs cannot interfere with the drying process.
