The block of oysters is an aesthetic block created by piston packing 16 creeper oysters. It can be turned back into oyster items in the crafting grid. Setting up an automatic packing system to create blocks of oysters is useful for storing large numbers of creeper oysters output by a mob trap. Since creeper oysters only stack to 16 but the blocks stack to 64, a single stack of oyster blocks contains 64 stacks of creeper oysters.
