The Block Dispenser varies from the regular Item Dispenser by placing actual blocks, working Minecarts, Boats and Redstone (Wire) in front of it. It also dispenses its contents in order from left to right. When receiving power the dispenser will place the object and when power is cut, the dispenser will remove it.
