These blocks light up when powered by redstone. Note that these can be powered indirectly. In other words, if a neighboring block is receiving power, these will light up. This allow you to, for example, place them on the ceiling, and run wires above the ceiling to give them power, without having to do any complicated wiring.

  • To get wider fields of Light Blocks place a layer of another block type and run the redstone wire on top of those.
