Tanned Leather is resistant to decay and is far more durable than untreated leather. As such, it is much better suited for use in the making of tools or mechanical applications where wear and tear can quickly become a factor. To create Tanned Leather, place Scoured Leather in a heated Cauldron along with Dung and Bark. To create Straps, you must cut it with Shears into Cut Tanned Leather, then again into Straps.
