Saw Dust is a by-product of some types of wood processing.
Crafting
The simplest way of obtaining Saw Dust is to cut Wood blocks with a Saw; each wood block gives two Saw Dust. Saw Dust may also be obtained by passing Soul Dust through a hopper with a Soul Sand filter, giving one Saw Dust per Soul Dust.
Application
Saw Dust is used in crafting Dynamite, which is the principal component of a Mining Charge. Saw Dust can also be used as low grade furnace fuel, fuelling 0.75 operations per unit burned.
Rendering Saw Dust in a Cauldron stoked by bellows yields Potash at a ratio of 16:1 Saw Dust to Potash.
