Arcane Scrolls are rare drops from various mobs. The type of Arcane Scroll depends on the mob it's dropped from. Each scroll can be used to pass a particular enchantment onto a tool or piece of armor. Arcane Scrolls get used up by enchanting and can thus only be used to enchant one item.
