I remove this because I didn't understand, what would be the point.

Minecart booster trigger (e.g. a Hopper will send a redstone signal downwards into a boosterrail when it becomes full. The Block Dispenser can be used to place a Block next to the booster rail to achieve better timing (when the Hopper has been turned of)) Therealfirestarter 17:27, 11 August 2011 (MDT)

Using Block Dispenser as a rom

I noticed that there is no mention of this on the page. Could someone more knowledgeable on the subject elaborate on it?
