Redstone Eye
Redstone Eye is a refinement of Lapis Lazuli that was introduced in version 2.96. It is used in the crafting of the Detector Block It's a mechanism capable of "seeing" the world around it, the Redstone Eye is a crucial component in any advanced device capable of sensing change within its environment. It can only be made on the Anvil.

This recipe is incorrect, and an anvil is not this size, It caused me a lot of trouble as I spent a lot of time trying to work out why My anvil was too small
The correct recipe is very similar, simply remove the center bottom Lapis Lazuli and push the gold and redstone up to fit
