AKA steel tools, refined tools are a new set of tools, using the Soulforged Steel ingots, as well as the hafts for a sturdier handle.
How to get
Refined tools are made like any other tool, but using Hafts for the handle and Soulforged Steel for the head, and they must be made on an Anvil instead of a crafting table.
