Hardcore Sheep is a gameplay modification to the way sheep shearing and breeding works. The details of which are still being discovered. Some of the changes are:
- Sheep have a "natural" wool color. If a sheep is sheared it will regrow it's natural color, and not it's dyed color.
- Note: Sheep spawn according to vMC rules with these natural colors: White, Light Gray, Gray, Black, Brown, Pink.
- Sheep of the same natural color can be bred to create more sheep of that same natural color.
- Sheep of two different natural colors can be bred to create more sheep of either of the parents natural colors.
- Sheep can sometimes breed and produce sheep of a completely different color, examples
- Brown + White -> Lime Green
- Lime Green + Black -> Green
- Green + White -> Lime Green
- Black + White -> Gray
- Brown + Brown -> Yellow
- Black + White -> Light Gray
- Green + Lime Green -> Light Blue
