Minimized Blocks

Minimized blocks are small blocks that can be created using either a saw (for wooden ones) or an anvil (for other ones). The smaller blocks can sometimes be used instead of Wooden Planks or stone in crafting recipes. See the page High Efficiency Recipes for details.

Siding

Siding are thin half blocks that can be placed on any side of other blocks. It should be noted that siding lets light pass through it, while slabs block light from passing through them.

Moulding

Basically, this is a siding cut or broken in half to provide smaller pieces for detailed decorations or High Efficiency Recipes using wood or stone.

Corner

A block half the size of moulding; It is 1/8 the size of a full block. A wooden corner can be cut by a saw for 2 gears.

Keep in Mind

Wooden minimized blocks burn for an amount of time that corresponds to their size.
You may craft two smaller types back into the next larger type.
e.g. two corners into one moulding (the recipes are shapeless).
